Another cute family

Wow, two family sessions posted back to back... I must be on a roll!! Remember this cutie-pie? I shot his newborn pics about a year ago and just recently had the chance to shoot him again, along with mom and dad.

i am thankful {day 5 }...

Laughter... I am so thankful for the simple pleasure that a good laugh, with good company can give. The innocence, the joy, the bonding that it creates, is so wonderful. Im the kind of person that when I laugh so hard I usually stop breathing, double over with a side ache and snort... yes I'll admit it, I am a snorter... don't hate! But there is nothing like a good, hard laugh to put you in a state of bliss. One of the first things that I remember most about my husband when we started dating, was how he always made me laugh. And the best part is, he still does!

i am thankful {day 4}...

I have such a full heart when it comes to the things I am most thankful for in my life and really find it hard to narrow it down to just a handful of things. I have tried to think a bit more deeply of things I may overlook to be thankful for, the things that are not tangible or obvious to the naked eye. So, the one thing that keeps ringing out in my mind is peace. Not like "world peace" between men or nations, but inner peace. The peace that one can only find within themselves. That warm, comforting feeling you have when you know your life, your choices, your future are going to okay. When even though the world around you may be falling apart, you still feel that inner peace that is reassuring you that your life will all work out and you will survive, maybe even triumph! And I know I already posted a pic with my family but that's were I find my peace. Happy Thanksgiving!!

i am thankful {day 3}...

How can I even talk about gratitude without mentioning my parents? I cant even image, or do I want to, my life without my mom and dad. Growing up in my home was such a blessing and joy and I know it all comes down to two simple reasons... MOM and DAD. I have yet to meet someone {aside from my husband} who works so hard and labors endlessly all to provide for his family as my dad did for us. And my mom, what an amazing women! She is such an inspiration to me in every aspect of my life and I will forever be grateful for the example shes been. And I must add my two sisters into the mix of my thankfulness. Yes we may have had our moments growing up, but they are my best friends and I am so blessed that we are so close and share so much together. I love you all!!!

i am thankful {day 2}....

Since I wanted each of the pictures I posted to be taken by yours truly, I figured this was the best representation I had of the Gospel... The Temple. I am so thankful for the blessings and knowledge I have through being a member of the LDS faith. I am so thankful for The Savior, his example, his sacrifice and his love for me. It is such a blessing to know that my family can be together forever and that I will be able to share eternity with my wonderful husband and beautiful children.
